Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a partial or full refund

  • Same-day cancellations may not be refundable

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable

No-Show

Failure to arrive at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
